By accessing or using WoofGate (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WoofGate.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party content at your own risk.

Our Service uses third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google AdSense for advertising
• Firebase for authentication and data storage
• Analytics services to understand usage patterns

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOFGATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Please note that some information may be retained in our backups for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and WoofGate concerning your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
