When does the biting phase end?? 12 month old poodle

My beagle puppy is 8 months old and still biting constantly. I've tried redirecting to toys, yelping, timeouts... nothing seems to work consistently.

Is this normal? When did your puppy finally stop treating your hands like chew toys?

Any tips would be appreciated, my hands are covered in scratches lol
