Puppy wont sleep through the night anymore

My 4 month old lab was sleeping through the night just fine for the past few weeks and now suddenly shes up at 2am crying. Nothing changed in her routine that i can think of.

I tried ignoring it but she just gets louder. Took her out and she didnt even have to pee. Just wanted to play apparently.

Anyone dealt with sleep regression in puppies? is this a thing??
