GSD and separation anxiety - its getting worse

My german shepherd has terrible separation anxiety. Weve tried everything - crate training, kongs, calming treats, even medication. She still destroys things and barks for hours when Im gone.

Anyone successfully overcome severe separation anxiety with their GSD? Im at my wits end.
