Border collie needs a JOB

My border collie is going crazy and taking me with her. Shes bored even with 2 hours of exercise daily. She needs mental stimulation Ive never seen a dog this intense.

What jobs or activities keep your border collie satisfied? Were not on a farm so sheep herding isnt an option lol
