Successfully raising a lab in a 700 sqft apartment - its possible

I know people say labs need houses with yards but I'm proof it can work in an apartment.

My black lab Duke is 3 years old and we've lived in my Chicago apartment his whole life. Here's how we make it work:

1. Morning run or long walk EVERY day, no exceptions
2. Dog park visits 4-5 times a week for off leash play
3. Puzzle feeders and kongs for mental stimulation
4. Enforced nap time in his crate (otherwise he'd never settle)
5. Training sessions throughout the day

A tired dog is a good apartment dog. The key is commitment to exercise no matter what the weather is doing.

Anyone else doing the apartment life with a bigger dog? Would love to swap tips.
